Idea Café: peer-to-peer development in Bromley

I facilitate an occasional peer-to-peer development programme, where business owners benefit from each others' experiences to generate new ideas or solve pressing issues. It's a structured, focused and positive session:

We start by identifying the issues
Then we categorise them into priority order
In turn, each person describes their most pressing challenge
The group ask questions to identify the underlying problem
They make recommendations and share contacts
Each person follows up with someone else, to ensure actions are taken

Depending on the numbers in the group, each person may not get a turn every time (but everyone learns and benefits from the process).

My facilitation skills ensure we keep to time and everyone gains equal value from their attendance.
