Idea Café: peer-to-peer development in Bromley
I facilitate a regular peer-to-peer development programme in Bromley, where business owners benefit from each others' experiences to generate new ideas or solve pressing issues. It's a structured, focused and positive session:
- We start by identifying the issues
- Then we categorise them into priority order
- In turn, each person describes their most pressing challenge
- The group ask questions to identify the underlying problem
- They make recommendations and share contacts
- Each person follows up with someone else, to ensure actions are taken
Depending on the numbers in the group, each person may not get a turn every time (but everyone learns and benefits from the proccess).
My facilitation skills ensure we keep to time and everyone gains equal value from their attendance.
